  Step By Step Roof Restoration Process

  1. Remove all broken roof tiles and replace using a similar age and type tile.

  2. Pressure clean the entire roof area.

  3. Clean gutters.

  4. Re-point all ridge capping and gables using Flexi-Point.

  5. Re-bed ridge capping where required.

  6. Apply one coat of sealer. Note: different sealers required for different types of roof tiles.

  7. Apply two coats of a top quality premium roof coating in your choice of colour using an airless sprayer.

  8. Check all areas and touch up with brush where needed including gables and lead flashing.

  9. Completed job is inspected.
